My name's Katie. I am a Branding & Lifestyle photographer who simply loves love.
I live in Portland, Oregon with my angel-daughter. Find me reading, listening to crickets sing, re-watching New Girl, or clicking play on the newest self-development podcast when I'm not behind the camera.
I serve couples, families, and lovely humans who share authentic passion and have a sweet story to tell. There is nothing that gets me invested more than raw emotion and love without condition - for your business, babies, and even birthdays! At the end of the day, we take off our armor to reveal our true, authentic selves. You want photography that spills the truth of your personal story. Vibe Visuals is focused on capturing your moments in a personalized, intentional manner. As your love for your brand or event has so beautifully and wonderingly grown, so will the impact that these memories have. Throughout the planning experience, we get to know your personalities and truths over time to tell your story as authentically as possible.

I am your support system. My goal is to act as a guest, hanging out with you, your friends & family, etc., while documenting your remarkable moments. I get to know you from the moment you book, that way we feel like friends, not colleagues. Do you want lifestyle photos? A non-traditional business promotional? Maybe you simply want documentation of a special day -I'm here for whatever you need.
Limited Events Each Year
To ensure that my couples and clients receive the care and attention they deserve, I take a very limited number of events each year. My flexibility and availability ensures a final product that my clients will cherish for a lifetime.

Videography
Our focus and passion is creating reflections of your raw stories. If we are capturing both photo and video, our team will ensure that your film will be ethereal, and our incredible photographers will focus on the snapshots. We’ve learned that we are at our best when we are working together as a team, and believe this ensures the best possible experience for you. We do offer videography services a-la-carte as well and would adore documenting your lifestyle, brand, or event.

Second Photographer
One of our incredible photographers x2 to ensure all angles are covered. This is especially important if there are moments where you will be in separate locations at any time, or if there are multiple events going on at once.

Quick Turnaround
While we have a refined and intentional process in editing your photographs/film, if you’d like to receive your photos/film earlier than our contracted 4 month turnaround, we can place your name at the top of our list with a turnaround time that better aligns with you.

Raw Photos
Delivered to you on your own personal jump drive. Provides you with copyrights to the raw photos. This is not a creative edit, solely the raw, unedited photos for archival purposes.

How to Book
Connect & Book
You've had a chance to look through the details and you feel like we vibe? Let’s meet on a phone call! We’ll chat about your plans, and make sure we’re the perfect fit. You’ll choose your package, sign a contract, and send your retainer (33% of total) to officially book your day.
PROPOSAL & PLANNING
You'll receive a proposal so that you can sign the contract and pay the retainer, then you're officially on the calendar! We will keep in touch throughout the planning process so we can get to know each other, answer any questions you have, and provide any help needed.
The event
We show up, shoot, and hype you up all day! We will be there to laugh with you, cry during your vows, dance our pants off, celebrate your accomplishments, and, most importantly, make sure you slow down and take it all in.
Delivery
Our typical turnaround time for films/photos is 4 months. We treat each film/photo gallery with intention and care based on your personalities and preferences. We want to create something unique to you, and will keep you updated throughout the process!

We’ll talk about you, your story, and all the sweet deets! We will chat about your hopes, dreams, and vision for your day, share a bit about us and our process, and answer any questions you may have! This call really allows us both to make sure we’re the perfect fit.

We will go over our recommendations for what add-ons we think will suit your day best on our call. We aren’t salespeople and won’t try to sell you on anything you don’t need. Once you’ve chosen a package send us an email and let us know!

We will send over a proposal so that you can choose your package. You'll sign the contract and pay the invoice to lock in your date. We require a non-refundable retainer of 33% of your total to reserve your date on our calendar.
